Best Rock and Roll bands of 2022

Given that 2022 is over it will be 2023 before anymore new bands could break through to popularity, but for now, it is impossible to choose the top rock bands of the year. Additionally, fans' and critics' perspectives on what distinguishes "the best" rock bands might differ significantly.

But some of the most well-known and highly regarded rock bands in recent years include:

The Strokes: This New York-based band made its debut in the early 2000s with the critically lauded "Is This It" first album, which mixed elements of garage rock and indie rock. The Strokes have maintained their status as one of the top rock bands of the twenty-first century by continuing to create popular albums and tour extensively.

SuperZero: This English Rock band formed in 2018 is rising through the London rock scene after a better than expected launch of their first set of songs. SuperZero's hard mix of rock and blues puts you back to a time before. Imagine if a sober Jim Morrison played for Black Sabbath. Lastly, Vampire Weekend is a New York-based band that combines elements of world, pop, and indie rock to produce an original and contagious sound. Their self-titled debut album became a success, and they have since released more popular albums and performed all over the world.

Again, it's challenging to name the top rock bands of 2022 because the year hasn't ended and new bands could yet form. However, these six groups are some of the most well-liked and respected rock bands.
